We understand that terms are net 7 days from statement date and any discrepancies must be reported within 30 days. It is agreed and understood that accounts 30 days or more past due are subject to an interest charge of 2% monthly (26.88% annualized), and will be debited directly to the applicant's account and become an actual part of the total indebtedness, along with any and all costs (including legal fee's) incurred in collecting such overdue accounts.
